When Robert Borba, a rancher and self-describe cowboy in Eagle Point, Oregon, drove down to his local Walmart to buy some dog food, he heard a woman screaming that a thief had just stolen her bike.
Acting quickly, Borba retrieved his horse from a nearby trailer, began circling his trusty lasso and caught the would-be robber by his feet – literally stopping a crime in its tracks.
