This is the adorable moment a World War II veteran great-grandma is surprised with a new puppy after her service dog of 12 years passed away.
Ian Kellems filmed the moment his elderly relative Nadine – celebrating her 96th birthday – was gifted with a gorgeous Maltipoo.
Nadine, who lives in West Valley, Utah, was left devastated after her previous seeing eye dog Abby passed away on August 1.
Opening the box with her new canine companion in, Nadine instantly breaks into a huge smile and asks ‘is it mine’ before giving the puppy a huge cuddle.
