A tipsy woman, who was enjoying herself at a boozy stag do, tried to impress friends by jumping on an old cross-trainer, but hilariously her workout didn’t go to plan.
Shelley Sands decided to climb on the dilapidated machine after having a few beers during pal Anthony Playfair’s stag do in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Anthony convinced her to have a go on the machine and filmed her side-splitting attempts to get fit in her garden – prompting raucous laughter from fellow partygoers. The video shows Shelley stepping on to the equipment, struggling with the handles, and then lurching uncontrollably backwards and forwards as the footplates swing freely.
