This is a breakfast that’s sure to impress everyone, breakfast pizza!
I’m SOOOO trying this tomorrow morning, is this something you’ll make at home?
1 tube (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound bacon or sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or cheese of your choice
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (I didn’t use this in my recipe)
Unroll crescent dough and place on a greased 12 inch pizza pan or a baking sheet. Press seams together and press up sides of pan to form a crust (I didn’t do that part)
Sprinkle bacon or sausage over crust. Sprinkle hash browns over top of bacon followed by the cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl whisk eggs, milk an pepper together an pour mixture over top of pizza (sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired)
Bake at 375 for 28-30 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
