1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup whole milk

1 tbsp salted butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 strips pork bacon
