A sanitation worker who rescued an elderly woman along his route during the California wildfires says he’s no hero.
As hundreds of residents fled the horrific fire engulfing the town of Paradise, Dane Cummings was driving towards the flames.
“My route manager called and told me the fire was coming and to get the hell out of there,” Cummings told. But the lone garbage collector was on a mission to save elderly residents along his route.
That’s when he came across Margaret.
