Watch this man hilariously confuse those two customer support representatives with out them even knowing it. It only takes a couple of mins to setup, and when done proper, it’s pure gold.
Basically, all you do is long press the mute button to put current call on hold. Once you’ve achieved that, simply dial the second number and merge calls. You will then have two people speaking to one another unaware.
